                    We help our clients negotiate the acquisition or divestiture of mineral rights. We assist in negotiating business agreements that provide for the exploration and/or development of minerals, including right-of-way and surface operations. We determine ownership in the surface, minerals, royalties as well as working and net revenue interest through the research of public and private records. We review the status of title, cure any defect and otherwise reduce any title risk associated with ownership in minerals. We assist in managing rights and/or obligations derived from ownership of interests in minerals; and unitizing or pooling of interests in minerals. MLS, LLC can also provide digital and GIS mapping services.
